Northfield Elementary families are reminded that all students must complete address verification before receiving an Open House ticket for the 2026–2027 school year.
To verify your child's enrollment, parents or guardians must provide one acceptable proof of residency during the scheduled verification period. Once your address has been verified, you will receive your Open House ticket.
Address Verification Dates
July 27–30, 2026
Verification will be available during the following times each day:
- Morning: 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
- Afternoon: 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Please note that proof of address should not be submitted before July 27, 2026.
Can't Visit the School?
If you are unable to come to the school in person, you may email your proof of address to:

After your documentation has been reviewed and your address has been verified, your Open House ticket will be emailed to you.

An Open House ticket is required to attend. Tickets will only be issued after address verification has been completed.
Acceptable Proof of Residency
Families must provide one proof of residency dated within the last 30 days (June or July) that includes:
- Parent or guardian's name
- Current residential address
Acceptable documents include:
- Water bill
- Gas bill
- Electric bill
- Mortgage statement
- Rent or lease agreement (less than 30 days old with utility confirmation)
- Final buyer's statement (within 30 days of move-in with utility confirmation)
Families Living with Another Family
If you are currently living with another family, additional documentation is required.
Please:
- Request a Residency Affidavit from the school front office.
- Return the completed affidavit in July.
- Provide:
- Two proofs of residency in the homeowner's name
- A copy of the homeowner's photo ID
- A piece of mail showing the parent or guardian's name and the residence address
Important Reminder
Your child's address must be verified before an Open House ticket can be issued. Completing this process helps Northfield Elementary maintain accurate records and ensures a smooth start to the new school year.
